Terms of Service
These terms apply when you use PlanDesk on Windows or the web. If you got PlanDesk from Apple's App Store, Apple's standard license agreement applies, together with the sections below on measurements and liability.
Your account
You sign in with your email address. Keep access to that email secure; anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One subscription is for one person, who may use it on their own computers and devices.
PlanDesk Pro subscription
PlanDesk Pro costs $14.99 a month or $119.99 a year, plus any tax that applies. New subscribers get a 7-day free trial; your card is charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before then. The subscription renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. You can change plans, update your card or cancel any time from Help › Account and subscription in PlanDesk. Canceling stops future renewals, and you keep PlanDesk Pro until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are not refunded for partial periods, except where the law requires. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email; the new price applies from your next renewal.
Measurements and takeoffs
PlanDesk measures from the drawing and the scale you set. Results are only as accurate as the drawing, its scale and how it was calibrated. Check important dimensions and quantities against the drawing's written dimensions and in the field before you bid, order materials or build. You are responsible for decisions made using PlanDesk's measurements, quantities and prices.
Your files
Your drawings and markups stay on your device and belong to you. We don't receive them. Keep your own backups; PlanDesk can export a Library backup from the File menu.
Acceptable use
Don't share your sign-in with others, resell or redistribute PlanDesk, copy or reverse-engineer it, or use it to break the law or anyone's rights.
No warranty and limits of liability
PlanDesk is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Highline Properties LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for PlanDesk in the 12 months before the claim.
Ending service
You can stop using PlanDesk at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms. If we ever discontinue PlanDesk, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund any unused prepaid time.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina.
